The Spiral Separator

A lamella type separator built in the form of a Rotating spiral plate pack. Operates with or without the addition of chemical coagulants.

Overcomes the limitations of conventional clarifiers and Lamella’s, in particular short-circuiting, carry over of solids in the effluent, poor sludge consolidation.

Solid settle on the revolving plate and slide to the periphery.

High sludge thickness, low solids overflow and a small footprint make this unit unique.
